Delray Beach, FL—For U.S. Girls playing in the 12’s, The Longines Cup hosted by the City of Delray Beach presented offers an opportunity to represent the “stars and stripes” amongst an international group of peers. For the 2nd consecutive year, the elite Swiss watchmaker has partnered with Players International Management (PIM), sister company of the Delray Beach Open by The Venetian® ATP Tour event, on their Longines Future Tennis Aces on the Road to the French Open series of tournaments.
As the Official Timekeeper at Roland Garros, Longines is hosting 16 qualifying tournaments throughout the world for girls 12 and under with the winner of each tournament advancing to the final Longines’ Future Tennis Aces event in Paris during the French Open. In addition to winning an all-expense-paid, once-in-a-lifetime trip and the opportunity to play tennis in Paris, the winner will compete to receive financing for her tennis equipment until her 16th birthday, courtesy of Longines.
The United States leg will be played in Delray Beach at the Delray Beach Stadium & Tennis Center. As home to ATP World Tour and Champions Tour events, Fed Cup and Davis Cup matches and USTA National Championships, the tennis center has seen its share of meaningful matches.

New to the 2014 tournament is Presenting Sponsor, . The Venetian has partnered with PIM on a series of five regional, national and international junior events that will be played in Delray Beach, including the televised Longines Cup.

A magazine-style TV program recapping the event and providing player and sponsor features will premiere on CSS Saturday May 10th at 12:30pm ET.
This premier event will field a boutique-style draw of eight competitors who will be divided into two groups of four playing in a round-robin format. Round-robin matches will played Saturday, April 26th with the winners of each group playing Sunday, April 27th for the title and the all-expenses paid trip to Paris.
